Baldi S.r.l. is committed to making the website baldiflex.it accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the applicable requirements set out in Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 - the European Accessibility Act.

Compliance status

The website baldiflex.it is currently partially compliant with the applicable accessibility requirements.

Baldi S.r.l. has begun a technical review and remediation process aimed at progressively eliminating the identified accessibility barriers.

Content and functionality that are not fully accessible

Following the reviews carried out, some elements requiring further action or verification were identified, including:

• some graphic elements and icon-based links require verification of their accessible name;
• interactive components, including menus, filters, variant selectors, and cart panels, are being reviewed to ensure they can be fully used with a keyboard and assistive technologies;
• reviews are underway to ensure that focus behaves correctly when using menus, windows, and interactive components;
• reviews are underway of the contrast ratios between text, interface components, and their backgrounds;
• reviews are underway to ensure that content can be properly accessed with text enlargement, zoom, and different screen sizes;
• the purchasing process and functionality provided through third-party components or services are subject to specific accessibility reviews.

Measures adopted

The website already includes several features designed to facilitate accessibility, including:

• a link to skip directly to the main content;
• the use of headings and subheadings to structure the main content;
• textual information about product features;
• descriptive alternative text for many product images;
• textual identification of the main purchasing and navigation actions;
• textual descriptions of product variants and features.

Baldi S.r.l. is reviewing and correcting the additional issues identified.
