Payments

The payment methods accepted by Baldiflex are: Credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Satispay, Bank transfer, Pagolight, and Scalapay.

Credit card

For payment by credit card, the charge is made at the same time as the shipment of the products. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

 

PayPal

For payments via PayPal, please refer to the terms and conditions of use of PayPal services. The data entered on the PayPal site will be processed directly by PayPal and will not be transmitted or shared with the Site.

To be able to pay with PayPal, the customer only needs a free PayPal account. In the account registration process on www.paypal.com, the buyer only enters their bank details once - for any other payment procedure, they only need to log in to their PayPal account. Payments are always free of charge for the customer and are made by deducting the amount due from the credit available in the PayPal account, either by debit note or by using the credit card details stored in the account.

 

Amazon Pay

For payments made through Amazon Pay, please refer to the terms and conditions of the Amazon Pay service. Data related to Amazon payment methods will be processed directly by Amazon and will not be transmitted or shared with the Site.

To make a payment via Amazon Pay, the user can use one of the methods available in their Amazon account.

 

Satispay

To use Satispay, the customer will need to scan the generated QR Code or enter their mobile number: the payment will occur through a push notification sent from the Satispay app to the customer's smartphone, which will only need to confirm the payment.

 

Scalapay - Pay in 3 installments without interest

 

With Scalapay, it is possible to pay for purchases in 3 equal installments, with a monthly due date.

Baldiflex offers installment payment on a total amount between €5 and €2000.

  • Choose the option "Scalapay Pay in 3 interest-free installments" at checkout: it is available with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Create your Scalapay account and receive approval.

  • Only the first installment will be charged to the credit card at the time of purchase.

  • Every month (at the due date of the installment) Scalapay will withdraw the amount directly from the card.

  • In case of return, the payment plan will be canceled and the refund of the amount related to the installments already paid will be automatic. 

Klarna

With Klarna, you can pay for your purchase by splitting the amount into 3 interest-free installments that will be charged to your card every 30 days. 

  • At the time of payment: select the option to pay in 3 installments without interest and enter the details of your debit, credit, or prepaid card. The process is as easy as paying with any card.
  • Upon shipment of the order: after we have received the shipping confirmation of the order from the merchant, we will make the first charge to your card. Once the payment has been processed, we will send you a notification.
  • Every 30 days: the remaining charges on your card will occur automatically every 30 days, until the entire amount is paid off. We will inform you before each payment.

 

Bank transfer

In the case of an advance bank transfer, the related shipping confirmation will be sent as soon as the credit to the Lender's bank account has been verified. This may take a few additional working days.

You can proceed to send a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the email address info@baldiflex.it, in order to expedite the fulfillment of the order.

Any transfer fees are solely the responsibility of the user.

Finance with Pagolight

Baldiflex offers the possibility to request a "0% interest" financing for up to 24 months, with the first installment after 30 days, choosing the payment. Pagolight.

The Pagolight payment option can be selected at checkout for orders from €100 to €5000.

  • Select the option "PAGOLIGHT – Pay in installments without interest at checkout.

  • Choose the number of installments: Baldiflex offers a zero rate by selecting up to 24 installments (the number of available installments may vary based on the characteristics of the order).

  • You will be redirected to the PAGOLIGHT site, which will perform a credit check to confirm the financing in real time.

 

Receive the invoice for your purchase

Baldi Srl makes use of the e-commerce law for tax purposes.

Operation for VAT purposes not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice Art. 22, C.1, N. 1 DPR 633/72 and not subject to the obligation of fiscal certification Art. 2, Lett. 0, DPR 696/96

For each purchase made and fulfilled, only if requested at the time of the order, a regular invoice addressed to the customer will be issued as provided by the aforementioned law.

The payment of the invoice is considered fulfilled as it must be made in advance during the payment procedure with PayPal, Bank Transfer, or other agreed methods.

The purchase invoice must be requested within 10 days from the receipt of the order. At the time of the request, all necessary data for issuance must be provided, such as:

- natural person: name, surname, address, tax code

- companies/businesses: header, VAT number / tax code, SDI code / PEC

To request the invoice, it is necessary to send an email to the address info@baldiflex.it.

The products that have the description "Medical device class 1 directive 2007/47/EC" "They can be configured as medical devices, therefore they are tax-deductible and a reduced VAT rate of 4% is applied to them.
