Basic shipping information

Shipments are generally made within 5 working days from order confirmation.

For beds and sofas with a rigid frame, delivery times are 30 working days, as they are handcrafted products.

The vacuum-packed mattress must be opened from the protective nylon within 5 days of receipt. Once the package is opened, the mattress will regain 90% of its original shape within the next 3-4 hours and reach 100% within the following 24-48 hours.

Shipping is free in Italy, including the islands.

We also ship abroad at the following costs:

- France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, with shipping costs starting from €44.90. 

- Switzerland, Luxembourg, with shipping costs starting from €74.90.

Delivery to the floor can be chosen at checkout with a cost starting from €250.00 (Italy only). Depending on the volume and weight of the products in the order, additional charges may apply.

A used mattress pickup service is available and can be selected during checkout. For each order, the pickup of 1 used mattress can be requested; multiple quantities must be agreed upon in advance. Pickup will be carried out by BRT courier with prior SMS notification, at street level, and the product must be packaged. 

We deliver throughout Italy, including the islands.

You will receive an email from Baldiflex with the shipping number and the courier's name to track the package and, if necessary, contact the courier to arrange delivery.

Any requests for changes of any kind to the original order (name changes, delivery address changes, etc.) will result in a delivery time extension of one or more working days.
