Basic shipping information

Shipping usually takes place within 5 working days from the order confirmation.

For beds and sofas with a rigid structure, the delivery times are 30 working days, as they are handcrafted products.

The vacuum-packed mattress must be opened from the nylon that protects it within 5 days of receipt. Once the packaging is opened, the mattress will recover 90% of its original shape within the next 3-4 hours and will reach 100% within the next 24-48 hours.

In Italy, shipping is free, including islands.

We also ship abroad at the following costs:

- France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, with shipping cost from €44.90. 

- Switzerland, Luxembourg, with shipping cost from €74.90.

"Delivery to the floor can be selected at checkout for a cost of €110.00 (only in Italy). Depending on the volume and weight of the products ordered, additional charges may be requested."

The service for the collection of used mattresses is provided, and it can be selected at the checkout stage. For each order, the collection of 1 used mattress can be requested; multiple quantities must be agreed upon in advance. The collection will take place via BRT courier with prior SMS notification, at street level, and the product must be packaged.

You will receive an email from Baldiflex with the tracking number and the name of the courier to track the package and possibly contact the courier to arrange the delivery.

Any requests for changes of any kind to the original order (name changes, delivery address changes, etc.) will result in an extension of delivery times by one or more working days.
