b. Do I have to be registered to make a purchase?
It is not mandatory to register on our site in order to place an order.


c. How do I choose the mattress size?
The perimeter measurement of the mattress must correspond to that of the base on which it will be placed, while the thickness is all a matter of taste! Remember that as they are artisanal products, made by hand with soft and elastic material, it is normal to find small differences in the measurements of the finished products from what is expressed in the technical data sheet.


d. How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, you must enter the product sheet you intend to purchase, select the desired size and click on "Add to cart". Then you can go to "Go to cart" and proceed to checkout.


And. I can't complete the purchase, what can I do?
If you encounter difficulties you can contact our Customer Service. The order can also be placed via email.


f. How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive by email all the details, the name of the courier and the number to track the package and see when it will be delivered.


g. Can I request an invoice following my purchase?
The invoice must be requested within 5 days of delivery to the email address info@baldiflex.it. It would be advisable to have already left your billing information in the order.

 

2. Payments

to. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuit), PayPal, Amazon Pay, Satispay, Bank Transfer, Soisy (financial up to 24 months) and Scalapay (3 instalments).

b. Is it possible to make a payment in installments?
We offer two payment methods: Afterpay 3 instalments, with a valid credit card from the Visa or Mastercard circuit, without interest and without the need for work documents; Soisy, online finance, up to 24 months interest-free. In the case of Soisy, employment documentation will be required.

c. Is it possible to cancel an order?
The order can be canceled by contacting our Customer Service.

d. Can I make changes to an already confirmed order?
Any changes can be made within the day following the order, by contacting our Customer Service.

 

3. Products

to. What does artisanal product mean?
An artisanal product is called this when it is made without mass production machinery, but with the use of processing tools manipulated by the experience of our craftsmen.

b. Why choose an artisanal product?
Each handcrafted product is designed and created to meet the specific needs of each customer. This type of production allows us to offer a wide choice of configurations of quality materials, sizes and workmanship to guarantee the uniqueness of each single item.

 

4. Shipments and deliveries

to. How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free in Italy, including islands. Floor delivery can be chosen at check out at a cost of €110 (surcharges are possible in the case of multiple products, at the courier's discretion). For foreign countries, shipments are free for orders over €250, otherwise they cost €35.

b. How can I track my shipment?
You will receive an email from us with the shipping number and the name of the courier so you can track the package and possibly contact the courier to organize delivery.

c. Where do you make deliveries?
We deliver throughout Italy, including the islands.

d. How long does shipping take?
The shipment generally takes place within 5 working days of order confirmation, for updated information on this topic, however, we recommend that you visit the page Shipping.

And. Can I choose the day and time of delivery?
To organize delivery you can contact the courier directly.

f. What should I do when I receive my order?
Check the integrity of the product packaging, in case of obvious damage we recommend that you accept the package by adding the words "Subject to inspection" next to your signature.

g. What should I do after receiving a vacuum mattress?
The vacuum-packed mattress must be opened from the nylon that protects it within 5 days of receipt. Once the package is opened, the mattress will recover 90% of its original shape in the following 3-4 hours and will reach 100% within the following 24-48 hours.

h. I received a wrong product. What should I do?
In case of error, please contact our Customer Service.

the. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We invite you to contact our Customer Service by attaching photographic images of the damaged product via email.

L. An item is missing from my package. What should I do?
In case of missing one or more items in the order, it will be necessary to provide the Folder (summary sheet of the Baldiflex branded order) to verify the goods arrived. It is possible that some orders are divided into multiple shipments if there are products from different departments.

 

5. Returns

to. Can I return a product purchased on Baldiflex?
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product. Furthermore, for all products in the New Collection, if you are not satisfied, you have 365 days to request an exchange for another mattress of your choice. In the event of an error on our part, the cost of the return is borne by us; in the event of an error by the customer, the return costs are borne by the customer.

 

 

6. Warranty

to. Are Baldiflex products protected by a warranty?
Of course, all Baldiflex products are guaranteed by law against manufacturing defects. In addition to the legal guarantee, Baldiflex offers a 10-year warranty extension on mattresses, according to the conditions of the Baldiflex Extended Warranty.
